As a user

The Briefing service is part of the Core Service Mission. It synchronizes calendars of activities and all information attached to these activities. It allows to:

  • Be notified of new activities.
  • Actualize your rosters.
  • Get all information related to your missions (activities).
  • Attach documents to your missions.
  • Easily browse though these documents.
  • Personalize documents with notes, highlightings and handwriting notes.
  • Add bookmarks to easily find pages. 

 

When connected to a dgBirds account, Briefing service allows to:

  • Be notified of new or updated activities, in administrated rosters.
  • Synchronize rosters of activities from dgBirds servers as administrated and distributed.
  • Sign in / sign off activity as requested by your administrator.
  • Get all information related to your missions, including any type of documents.
  • Get and navigate though revisions of the documents attached to your missions.
  • Send back required information as requested by your administrator.

As an administrator

The administrator manages the Briefing service he has subscribed to. He has different back-office roles in order to:

  • Administrate calendars of activities (missions).
  • Contribute activities (detailled information).
  • Distribute documents (versions) attached to activities.
  • Monitor the synchronization of each user.
  • Monitor the synchronization of each activity.

All administrated calendars are securely distributed to tablets and the administration platform has a very high state-of-the-art SLA.

The account owner manages users and groups of users. He can:

  • Synchronize active directory with LDAP.
  • Manage users and groups.
  • Manage settings of groups.
  • Manage rights of groups.

As a user

The Reports service is part of the Core Service Mission. It synchronizes forms in order to create reports. When connected to a dgBirds account, it allows to:

  • Be notified of new or updated forms set up by your administrator.
  • Be notified of reports (filed forms) received by your administrator.
  • Actualize your library of forms as administrated and distributed by your administrator.
  • File forms to create reports.
  • Join documents to your reports.
  • Sign your reports.
  • Save your reports as a drafts.
  • Send your reports.
  • Easily browse though your reports history.

  • Contribute form thanks to a powerfull form builder.
  • Distribute forms (versions).
  • Monitor the distribution of forms.
  • Monitor the received reports for each form.
  • Analyze the received reports.
